The forward input terminal voltage and the reverse input terminal voltage are continuously compared, and the instantaneous values of the two are compared to form a difference voltage. The internal phase control unit of 211B3 automatically adjusts the conduction angle of the AC power based on this voltage, thereby achieving constant power and speed.
